Jubilee Weekend Outside Support Team Details
WEEKEND DETAILS
About: We will be supporting the Jubilee team at Formby State Jail, a men's state jail with over 1,100 inmates most of whom are serving sentences of 5 years or less.
Who: All men and women with a heart for serving are welcome to be part of the support team. Children are welcome but cannot attend the commencement ceremony.
Dates & Times:
October 12, 2017 - Set-up day 2:00 - 7:00
October 13, 2017 - 5:30 am - 8:00 pm
October 14, 2017 - 5:30 am - 8:00 pm
October 15, 2017 - 5:30 am - 11:00 am
October 15, 2017 Commencement (optional but encouraged) 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Location: First United Methodist Church Plainview, 1001 West 7th Street, Plainview, TX 79072 (see map)
Commencement: You do NOT need to sign up for commencement if you are on the Support Volunteer Team, you will be automatically added to the gate list.
If you have any problems during the weekend, you can also contact the Jubilee main number at (713) 364-5530. A volunteer will be monitoring this number throughout the Jubilee weekend and return you call asap.
